Massey is a very professional, reliable, and responsible company. From our first meeting with Mark we knew we had chosen the right company. Kudos to Marissa in the office for keeping us informed, Jessica in accounting for making everything easy, Brad for organizing a smooth operation, John for his onsite work, and Warren for superior follow-up. We were impressed with the safety bars that were installed for taking the old roof off. I have not seen any other roofer take that safety step. We also liked liked the fact that one of the crew went around the driveway a couple of times every evening with a large magnet to pick up nails, screws, etc. Massey's crews cleaned up every evening so there was never a mess. Can't recommend Massey high enough. They are really good. ~ Scott W
After Hurricane Ian, we had to get a new roof. We called and got several estimates for our roof. Julio Gonzalez of Massey Construction came to our home and inspected our roof. He took the time to explain how the process would work and what we needed to do . He is very professional, prompt, and honest. He also has a wonderful personality and smile. He kept us informed of the progress and timing of the repairs. They have been a great company to work with. Everyone from the crew that did the tear off to the crew that put the new shingles on were very kind and professional people. They left the yard and our home looking beautiful! Thank you again for everything. We are very fortunate and grateful to have been highly recommended to Massey Construction for our roof replacement. From Josh, their manager, to Mark, the owner, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did they assist in getting the job fully approved by our insurance company, which had originally denied our claim, they most importantly did a fantastic job on replacing our roof in a very timely and professional manner. Happily, we have received innumerable favorable comments from our neighbors as to the final appearance of our new tile roof as well as to the work ethic, cleanliness, and organization of their employees.
